Delete your account

You can delete your SME PAiSA associate account and personal data at any time. Do it in the app, or here without the app.

In the app (fastest)

Profile → Profile details → ⋮ → Delete my account, then confirm with the code we email you.

Within 7 days

Your account becomes inactive at once and our team deletes it within 7 days.

Changed your mind?

Sign in to the app before it is deleted and the request is cancelled.

What we must keep

If you were paid commission, the paid cases and your encrypted PAN stay for tax (TDS) records, without your name.
